Defense Against Violence is our main program that was created with two main goals in mind: self-protection and escape. The concept of the program emphasizes using gross motor skills in regards to handling self-defense situations. The Defense Against Violence program quickly instills itself in your muscle memory to make reactions to a threat second nature.
The "system" itself is a purposeful amalgamation of many arts including but not limited to: Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do/Trapping, and components of Andy Norman's Defense in Action from Defense Lab.
This is a three leveled program that evolves as the student progresses with their training. Each level is 16 hours in length that takes place over two days.
Level 1: Beginner
Level 2: Intermediate
Level 3: Advanced
