We are a home grown Vermont security company. It is our job to establish and maintain the safety and security of everyone at every job we are assigned to. At Security On Site, LLC we pride ourselves on providing our employees with evolving up to date training.
​
All of our employees are required to undergo the mandatory 40 hours of training required by the State of Vermont, and are encouraged to maintain and pursue additional trainings.

Heather Snider
Background
​
Heather has been in the security business since 2012, and has compiled a vast knowledge of the security industry with her many years of coordinating and running events such as: Vermont’s Champlain Valley Fair, Killington World Ski Cup, Grand Point North, Lake Champlain Maritime Festival, Mardi Gras, and many many more. Since entering the security industry, Heather has frequently been responsible for creating and enforcing security protocols, handling emergency situations, and working side by side with promoters to ensure the success of an event. Heather has been approved by the State of Vermont Board of Professional Regulations to teach the required 40 hour course for licensed security officers.

Dan Van Ornum
Background

Dan has been working security since 2014. Dan has worked alongside Heather as a security supervisor for such events as: Vermont’s Champlain Valley Fair, Killington World Ski Cup, Grand Point North, Lake Champlain Maritime Festival, Mardi Gras, and more. While working side by side with Heather, Dan has frequently proved himself knowledgeable when solving problems or handling difficult situations in the field.
